What is Pholeo Onsite?

The mobile app, on iOS and Android, that puts the production board, each function’s details, the roster and attachments on a phone, updated as the office changes them.

Can temp staff use it?

Yes. Invite them for the event with a role that lets them see their functions and mark them complete, without access to the budget or settings.

Does it work when the hall has poor signal?

The app keeps what it has loaded and refreshes when the connection returns. For a venue with no coverage, print the day’s sheets from the live record that morning.

How do changes reach the floor?

A count, a time or a room changed at the desk is on every open phone within seconds. The office sees a completion, a photo or a comment from the floor the same way.

Where is the contact list?

Contacts, arrivals and a chase list are part of the event, with the org chart, on the phone and at the desk. The short book is already built.

Can we still print?

Any time, from the live record. Some teams keep one printed set for the person who wants paper; ASIS ran GSX without binders for the first time in fifteen years.
