Pholeo Inc. REFUND POLICY

At Pholeo Inc., we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our software. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while also reflecting the nature of our services as a subscription-based SaaS product.

Cancellation and Subscription Terms

  • Monthly and Annual Plans: Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Customers can cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, cancellations will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds or credits will be issued for the unused portion of a subscription.

  • Free Trial: We offer a 10-day free trial to new subscribers. Once the trial period ends, you will be billed in full for your chosen subscription plan. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the end of the trial.

  • Billing: All subscriptions are billed upfront and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. A renewal notice will be sent 3 days prior to your billing date.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided unless there is a valid reason. The following cases may be eligible for refunds or credits, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis:

  • Comped Subscriptions: If a subscription was meant to be provided at no charge through a service or enterprise contract and the user was billed in error (e.g., failure to apply a discount code), a refund or credit may be issued.

  • Technical Issues: In cases of significant technical issues that impact your use of the software, a refund or credit may be issued after we have been given the opportunity to resolve the problem.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following scenarios are not considered valid reasons for a refund:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer wish to use the software after the subscription has been activated, no refund will be provided.

  • Partial Use: We do not provide refunds for partial use of a subscription period.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@pholeo.io with the following details:

  • Your account information.

  • A description of the issue or reason for your request.

  • Supporting documentation if applicable (e.g., screenshots of errors, proof of contract).

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days, and if approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated through our website.
